All our Cookie cutters are made from PLA which is a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources including cornstarch, sugar cane, tapioca roots or even potato starch .

Hand wash only in lukewarm soapy water. They are NOT dishwasher safe. Keep away from direct sunlight, open flames and other sources of heat.

ALL Cookie cutters are made to order. Orders cancelled within 2 hours of being placed will receive a full refund. Due to the custom nature of our designs returns are NOT possible

Clients are responsible to read the care instruction and size descriptions before your purchase. Contact us to discuss any issues you may have, we will do our best to resolve them if it is a valid reason. We reserve the right to reject compensation request. 

In case you received damage/broken or missing items due to transportation damage by postal service please email to us at Admin@koekiesplus.com and provide picture proof of damaged items within 48 hours. We will either refund/replace your order.

Processing time is 2-3 business days depending the amount of orders received. If you order over weekend, it will ship the following week. Otherwise, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. I will try to ship as soon as possible when your order done printing. An email notification will be sent once it is ready to ship. So, please check your email for the tracking info.
